Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through the JiffyBenefits platform, including subscription fees, service charges, and any other amounts collected via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to JiffyBenefits at any time by contacting our support team at
support@jiffybenefits.com or through your account settings.
- Cancellations requested before the start of the next billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access to the platform continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- No new charges will be raised after a confirmed cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payments: If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Technical Errors: If a payment was debited from your account but the service was not activated due to a technical failure on our end, a full refund will be processed.
- Service Not Rendered: If JiffyBenefits is unable to provide the subscribed service for reasons within our control, a pro-rata refund for the unused period will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellation requests made after the billing cycle has already been renewed.
- Partial use of the subscription during a billing period.
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date due to user oversight.
- Payments made for one-time setup, onboarding, or customisation services.
- Cases where the account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date:
- Email: support@jiffybenefits.com
- Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Registered Email / Transaction ID]
- Include: Transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason for the refund request.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7–10 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction.
- Refunds are processed via Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account or card statement, depending on your bank.
- JiffyBenefits is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer.
Raising a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
7. Changes to This Policy
JiffyBenefits reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
